Its interesting that with so many complaints about the game, IGN still scored it very high. Its shows that the core gameplay is excellent despite minor issues.
i think that not doing anything new as a negative point is kinda unfair, im mean halo 3 didnt do anything new yet it got a 9.5(i think) but whatever still a great review
For a run and gun fps, 86 is an aawweesome score. Better than what they gave Time Splitters. I'm really excited to see how HV grow from here with Conduit 2.
ya i agree with comp1337ly_insane. he mentioned all the strong points, but the thing i liked about his review was that he had legit complaints as well. things such as repeated enemy types and stuff like that. he didn't bash it because it wasn't "next gen" which in my opinion is way overrated... cool, but overrated lol
when he says "it's not something totally revolutionary" i thing there is something where the conduit is revolutionary than any other game and that's the customizable option, that, in my opinion, is something revolutionary for any game, now you can play the game with the control layout you want
This sums up the game perfectly to me! I don't care about the score, this is the perfect review! The only thing I wished he would of mentioned was the game's online character customization.
